Kris Ramos is a speaker, educator, and encourager. With over 30 years in education and a master’s in Educational Leadership, she blends expertise and heart to inspire educators toward developmentally-appropriate environments and play-based learning. As the creator of The Inspired Llama, Kris shares practical wisdom and encouragement for teachers and parents, helping them find purpose, play, and presence in their work with young children. Her sessions motivate audiences to teach with intention, lead with grace, and rediscover the joy in their calling.

Kris is the creator of The Inspired Llama, an online resource dedicated to supporting parents and educators through practical tools and faith-filled encouragement. Her passion for play-based learning, childhood development, and Christ-centered leadership shapes everything she teaches, and believes, about the value of early childhood work.

Her sessions are known for being warm, real, and deeply motivating. Attendees leave feeling equipped to teach with intention, lead with grace, and rediscover the joy of working with young children.

When she’s not leading or speaking, you’ll find her traveling or hiking with her husband and their dog Monty collecting stories, inspiration, and plenty of llama-themed treasures along the way.
